SHIPPING METHODS:
1) FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING on Non-Sale items over $300.00.
2) FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING on Non-Sale items under $300.00.
3) FREE 3 DAY SHIPPING Sale items.
4) Accessories Ship Ground. We have a $70.00 minimum for free shipping. Under $70.00 there is a $15.00 fee for shipping and handling.
5) Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska require an additional $15.00.
6) We do not ship outside the US.

RETURN POLICY:
All unworn goods are exchangeable or refundable. We expect goods to be returned in the same condition you received them. Shoes and sandals must be sent back in the same shoe box they were sent in. You have 366 days from date of purchase to return them. They must be purchased from this store and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you refuse delivery of your order you will be charged the shipping cost. Please use FEDEX or UPS for your return shipping and please keep your tracking info. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP US MAIL as they do not deliver in our mall. Defective goods are 100% guaranteed. For returns or exchanges please include your name, order number, and telephone number (and please indicate refund or exchange and any pertinent information you feel might be helpful). For exchanges indicate style, color, size, and where to ship them. Please ship goods to our Florida address, not to the manufacturer.
CANCELATIONS: 10% fee for orders that are canceled.
REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT: After your order is shipped if you refuse your order we will charge you for the shipping both ways and add a 10% cancelation fee.
